Highly Mineralized Dirt in Virginia

I currently have a Tecknetics T2SE which I love however I have some new permissions in areas of red clay and black jack soil very very hot soil and my Teknetics barely works and am considering the Max. Any idea if this performs well in this soil as I really don’t want a minelab

Mine seems to do well, theirs is always a consent chirp or hum, but very easy to pick out signals.
