Now I get it!
They do all the work while you sit in the car and look through coin rolls and take pictures!
Good management technique!

With that "trowel" I would end up diggin to China...U did good..

always like to see innovative digging tools... when my back is hurting i love the long tools...

the handled bulder is great in a park... but i like the shovel when i am not trying to protect the landscaping..

Not the place pictured, but a lot of homes we detect are abandoned, and have cattle roaming around the houses. So we don't have to be real careful about plugging the yard just perfect when you have hoof prints and cow patties laying around. ;D

But for the house pictured, we use a very small shovel and lay the dirt on a towel. Take a large plug out, and it's easy to put back and make it look like we were never there. I have a real bad back, and Fossis has hip issues. So kneeling on the ground with a small trowel isn't the best way for us. The best way for me, is let my wife do the digging! ;D She loves to exercise, and would rather dig than have me be sore later.

i use a plastic box or a frisbee to put the dirt in... i can sweep it over the coil to see if i missed something.. also the corner of the small plastic tub makes a great funnel to get the dirt in the hole... the frisbee bent also funnels the dirt well...

i wish my wife would dig for me... i hurt my knee 6 months ago at work.. and the bending seems to agrevate it...

keep up the search...
