Hit the lake again this morning more silver coins and a PLATINUM!

I have been hitting a beach that has a very nice wash out for the last few days. Got silver coins, gold and silver.
46 wash quarter and 2 silver rosies, havent got much silver in the water up until now.I have been using my whites surfmaster freshwater machine, think I'll try the CZ-20 next!!!

Sweet digs Ron... I always wondered how silver would look out of a freshwater lake like that. And congrats on the platinum! Awesome! Is that 21 platinum?

What makes those silver coins turn so dark ~ some kind of weird ground conditions? They're dark looking like the clad coins I find in here in Oregon.

Unlike gold, silver will oxidize and turn black. If you have steriling flatware or servettes you have to keep them polished to look nice. Nice finds. Monty
