Holed 1819 LC

She's kind of beat up and holed, But I'll take it. Dug it up at around six inches. Thats some fired lead as well.

Proberbly a whizzer, can't see any outher reason for the hole in the centre.

Since you asked if anyone has found center holed coins , ticm .. The center holes are out there but usually they are square nail holed .. here is a round holed LC from one hunt back in early 2010 ..

I just found my first LC yesterday and it was holed but not in the center, still a good find Congrats.

I have found quite a few with various sized holes in the center . I would guess it was done to be used as a washer also. Still a great find!
