When it was around $27.40 last weekend my coin shop was offering 21.5 times face value. I called in today and it's still at 21.5! What a horrible price!

Not really.. what everyone is going to find out soon is that paper silver is not going to be equal to physical silver... Same with Gold and other PMs.
