Holy POPE Innocents XI

I found this coin in a very historic holy land surrounding river bed. It's all silver about the size of a nickel,, alot thinner it's in excellent condition. I believe it to be POPE INNOCENT XI. Looking for a value, anybody have any info on this. I ran out of places to go to find the value or even a picture of this coin. Thanks
