Hometown Hutch and strange 2 headed bird military charm?

I had a great morning with my friend. We are always kidding each other. I told him to go check this spot. He walked past it. The big B is a rare one around hear. He will hear about it for some time to come. I thought is was going to be perfect but it does have a hairline crack in the slugplate. Wish I knew what the 2 headed bird piece is. it is a little smaller than a quarter. Looks like there is a crown above the two heads. It has an identical one below. Maybe a braclet made into a pendant? Love the junk!!!! I am keeping more these days! It is snowing now but I love it here. Found the hoe a few days ago. It looks hand made I pulled it through some dirt, must have been for seeds. No coins but I'm happy. HH

The two headed "chicken" is pretty common on Austrian coins. (and a couple others)

Your probably right, bracelet, or belt maybe. So you have two identical pieces, with the double chicken head. They may have started life as coins, Any detail on the reverse side ?
