Honey Dew Biscuits

[Gypsy Heart]

1 Cup fresh butter
1 Cup strained honey
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg

Mix well all ingredients and bake in greased and floured muffin pans
400 degrees for about12 minutes....just turning golden take them out....

Have ya ever thought of putting together a cookbook Gypsy ? I'd buy one, if I could find someone to cook it all for me that is.

Actually I have thought about it alot .....I really have alot of recipes passed down through the family....all the old handwritten recipes from my grandmothers and I love old cookbooks. I can sit down and read them for hours.
I just think that America has gotten so far away from an honest to Gosh sit down home made dinners and thats really sad. Everything is processed foods and drive thru's....I refuse to feed my family that way. The girls have been in the kitchen and garden with me since birth and they both can cook better than most women I know.

I know whatcha meanGypsy,my cooking could use alot of help ! I'm a toaster oven sandwitch eater kinda guy ! :P Back in the day we allways had a sit down dinner at 5 o'clock everyday and allways had a large garden and ate alot of fish and game that we would fish and hunt for together as a family. I was usually the "dog"
Put that book together and help save a toasteroven sandwich eater from this mundane existence !
