Great video, Don...thx for making this grown man cry today....Ddf

unfortunately, so many of this "free" nation have no clue of the great price that has been paid for their freedoms. Their lack of respect such as at the NFL games etc. screams that they need to spend some time elsewhere to fully understand what they do have. I think back to when soldiers were coming back from Nam and getting spit on. one of the reasons so many love to relic hunt is to find relics from the various wars fought on our homeland, relics that we actually honor the blood shed for what we know today. I know that you already know all of this but so many don't seem to. I remember a man that after getting out of the service, burned his uniform outside a base gate. he was arrested and I believe went to prison. now we have people walking on the flag and burning it as if it was trash. so sad. Both men and women paid the great price and I for one am very grateful for them. Jerry

Placed a wreath...

I placed a wreath at my cities Veterans Memorial assisted by the mayor, along with many of my fellow Veterans and community members in attendance.

No point in re-living past suppression's - they didn't want us to come home at all.

Thanks for posting this Don.
