Uneducated Guess Due To the Areas I am Familiar With I'd Guess Lebanon/Berks County line or Lebanon/Lancaster Line but I Could be Wrong, French & Indian War Raids Back Then were along the Blue Mountain,
So I can't Rule Out Dauphin to the west ,Berks County to the East,
Or even Schuylkill to the North across the Blue.
Unfortunaly Due to President Hoover almost Destroyiing the U.S.
c1930's There were "Hoovertown's" all over, Even in Dumps Here

Interesting. When I first saw the name, Hoover, I associated it with the Wm. H. Hoover of Canton, Ohio, who bought the patent for the vacuum cleaner and started the Hoover Company.
