I'm confused. Weren't the regs from 1976 satisfactory? Did it get so convoluted after that that we went back to the future? Or am I missing something

the BLM 2.0 puts final decisions with them on land use planing, glosses over local and county coordination.
changes the focus of BLM to Conservation & Mitigation for the ESA sue and settle from environmentalist.
a lot a nice sounding words anyone remember Bruce Babbitt a private group shouldn't have that much power.
