How can i find other in my area?

Have been looking and cant find anyone on web forums that hunt in Altoona PA. what other ways are there to find people that Metal detect in my area? would like to start a Group in this area.
Any info would be great.

I am sure some that don't live too far from you will be glad to join you. You have to read more posts and see where they are from. If they list the state they're in that is.
