ya, a new 2007 $10 gold eagle on ebay for $242.00. and 30 min to go.

it's not old. why can i get it from the bank like the new $1 coin. these are made at the us mint. and are supposed to be us currencey. whats the deal. do i have to order them from the mint to bypass the markup?

You can order a lot of coins from the U.S.Mint. Banks dont stock bullion or specialty/collector coins,they have no need for them...Shoot
p.s. if you are just looking to own gold I wouldnt buy the newest release looks pretty steep to me.
