Update on yesterdays post of match box. How could I have missed this? If it got any bigger it would have bitten me! It is sterling for sure.

OMGosh Becky! That's a great find. I found a copper or brass match safe similar to that and didn't know what it was when I first found it. Once I found out what it was, it became one of my favorite relics, on my display shelves proudly. Yours, like mine has all it's working parts, that's a great bonus. WTG! loved to see it, thanks for posting... how could you have missed it? lol HH.
