I can’t see them posing a threat to anyone at all.

From the bullets I have blue is inert. As just a projectile they should be perfectly safe.

No problem with the bullets, clean up and display! :occasion14:

Just as a few folks have stated, they should not be a problem. I've had a jar full of them for over 5 years now with no issues.

Agreed. Should not be a problem.

Fun to find! I have a box full found at Myrtle Beach.

California would make you put a cancer warning on them. Other than that, no danger.

The blue tips are safe to a point.... No problem when beeing careful. I wouldn't keep these and the "rare" silver tips.
You can carefully cut the bullet at the tip with a saw blade, break open and strew the filling in a paper towel slice. Only a bit!!! Then wrap the paper close, put on a stone outside far from any flammable stuff and ignite the paper far from the filling and step away. Make sure to wear sunglasses! I will be a nice flash!
Don't tell anyone this is coming from me.... I tell you: Don't do that!

Years ago i found 15 life rounds at Hammer Field now thats dangerous.
