how do u find what u posted

All you have to do is click on your name (left column) & then click on "View Forum Posts".

A thread is title given to string of posts. If you started a post and you were the first post then you started a "thread". Any one who replies to your comment in your thread are posting in your thread.

Pick a forum and click on it all listed under that forum are threads, all posts within each thread are replies or posts.

You do realize the last post before yours is a year old?

At top of each forum on left is icon that says " Start New Thread".
