Hi to all
I want to buy an Infinium LS for cache hunting. how much can Infinium LS go deep for 10cmx10cm non-ferrous object in normal soil?
and if you know better(deeper) detector please mention it.
best regards.

Using the 10 x 14 mono I would expect better than 3 feet in normal soil on a 10cm x 10cm brass plate laying flat on to the coil.
Tones would be LOW/HI in normal mode and HI/LOW in Rev Disc.for brass. Signal will be weak at that depth.
The Whites Dual Field PI would also be good in normal soil but not so good in highly iron mineralised ground.
I believe Nokta make some good cache hunting detectors but I do not know much about that brand.

thank you adrian for your reply.
I have read somewhere that Nokta is made in Turkey and hasn't enough quality like Garrett and other big names.
And I have read somewhere that PI technology has better penetration than other technologies like IB or VLF.
