Its fairly small, a half dollar would cover it completely, it swivels and the part that looks like the part to wind with is square and hollow. were baffled with this one.Thanks everyone,that was fast. you guys are great

Yes, but if this one is very small it likely goes to a pocket watch instead. Look on ebay, several there now.
