Today while at an old farm site dating about 1895-1910 I found the bottle pictured here. I can't seem to find a solid answer on the age of it. What can can tell is that is most likely blown by a human, not a machine, has a cork top (I found a cork inside of it) and it has the markings 8 0 in a square and 2 on the bottom. Does anybody know about this kind of bottle? 1421711605256.2.webp1421712060932.2.webp1421712012460.1.webp

Between 1880 and 1930's... need to see the seam mark on the side of the bottle to be sure...

It dates to the time period of the farm site. Common form for a medicine bottle of the period.

Show a couple of pics of the seam on the neck and I can tell you very close when it was made :)

It is machine made. Second pic tells the story. Base shot too if you look closely.

very common, worth maybe a dollar. I bought a hoard of bottles off craigslist and must of had at least a hundred of these
