I would tell you it's not a gold nugget. Can't say if there's gold in it, but it's not a nugget.

Could be Pyrite but, if it is gold(?) you'll have to crush it and pan it to know.

Yeah, nah. Could be a specimen if there is gold in there somewhere but like mentioned above, your gonna have to crush it to see. Did you detect it?

Not a nugget and no gold visible in picture posted which is poor and out of focus Why do you think it contains hold?

FYI, when seeking help it is very important to post in focus pictures, if picture is blurry when blown up it is out of focus. Please post multiple in focus pictures showing all side when seeking help identifying find.
