My son and I dug this up yesterday. Is it quartz? What would happen if I left it in vinegar for a couple weeks? It's over 50 lbs

Second pix. looks interesting. It will take time & work but. I would crack it up into fist size rocks,Then pulverize them into sand size or smaller material .And run the (hopefully) pay dirt through a sluice & pan.
OR.......Crack it up into 2" rocks and test them with a Falcon MD-20 for gold. Good luck .
