Hunt with my Daughter 1864 2 cent

Howdy All, got out today for a hunt with Dr. Anna {my daughter} at a new site today. She usually shows me up but today i won. I found an 1864 2 cent less than 2 inches deep and a 1925 Mercury about 10 feet away. Lots of trash signals so we were both hunting with discrimination turned up. The owner came over for a visit and told us the house was built in 1912 using the same chimneys from the previous house that had burned down. He also showed me a store site across the road that was tore down when he was a boy over 60 years ago and a couple of other house and barn sites that are now hay fields and then gave me permission to hunt them all.

Just before we left the owner took me into the dirt floored cellar under the house that was the from the previous house that burned and asked if i thought there might be anything there? Guess where i'm going next?

That's a very nice two cent piece. Yeah I say that cellar will be a great spot to hit and plus the old store.keep us updated.
