Traveling to CA to visit a friend whose cabin in the mountains used to have a working mine back when. If it had a crew working it, how close might they have stayed? Mostly hoping to find relics and maybe some Chinese coins. There is a creek on the 40 acre property. I have no clue where to start hunting. Any help or suggestions appreciated. I'm flying so only want to take needed equipment. Thanks!
