Hunting arrowheads at night!

I walked a field early one morning that had artifacts on way to my stand.
Saw flint but you really don’t see that well.
It’s like tunnel vision. You see a fraction of what you walk by.

I always preferred daylight, especially after a rain.

I rode with an arrowhead collector to KY to buy points from some young people that hunted near Swanns Landing on the OH River. It turns out they were a bunch of meth heads that hunted at night. They were effective too. My friend bought quite a few points including some dandy Pine Trees. We were there about an hour and I was glad to leave. Those people creeped me out!

Hunted at night because they were trespassing probably!

I liked hunting fields after a good rain, the artifacs shine in the sun almost like saying here I am.

I preferred hunting stone bottom creeks and streams, they were very productive after heavy rains.
