Nice knife and it hasn't been in the ground long enough to ruin it. I have re-furb'ed found knives in the past- I love working on them. Believe it or not, I have found several nice sheathes, on EBay. Just measure carefully and read well. Some of these things are made here by folks as a side hustle. Nicely Done!

If you take the knife to most leather crafter's they should be able yo make you the kind of sheath you want for it
