Hunting old train depot

I'm considering MD'ing an old train depot in my home town. It's no longer there, but there are still concrete steps up to where it once was. Any advice for searching this area. Maybe, maybe not. A couple of us recently went to a rural train stop that disappeared long ago and found some nice indicators, we'll go back when it thaws because there's at least one good bottle dig there from the dumpsite. Lots of dirt around the site also. Looks like your train depot is lacking in the ground area from the picture there but if you can deal with the nails and trash that will be there you might pop up a few keepers. Give it a quick lookie and if you think it's good, dig it all!
