Well, short and simple. I thought Id never ever ever beat the box I got a few weeks ago,
as posted in the "Am I dreaming, still in shock" post.

Wrong ! This is getting a bit ridiculous - in a good way. How is this possible.

Heres a picture of the box when I opened it. Looks similar looking through the holed side too,
goodies everywhere.

Can you spot all the good ones ? Hint : bottom right corner is a '64 too :)
.
Next up - the whole haul.... this is ONE box worth.

Top row, Walkers. Next two rows Franklins. Bottom row 1964's. Stack of 10 on the right are 40%

Again, another huge 90% - 40% ratio. I have no clue whats going on , and where these are
coming from, but wow... Im getting spoiled silly. I feel like a hog haha.

jghnmn <----Know what this is? It's what happened when my jaw hit my keyboard! :D

I bow before the God of Silver!!! Phenomenal box!! What's the oldest?

BTW, silver just crossed $13/oz and your haul netted you $447 so the box almost paid for itself.

that settles it...i need to start buying boxes. thanks for being an inspiration to us all, and in turn making us all mad with jealous rage!!! now, where can i find the $500 to start with.... ???

WHOA!no way to beat that, all white and brown wrappers,SWEET

To answer a couple of questions you had..

The youngest was a 2002 clad, and the oldest was a Walker 1916. Pretty worn.

No Barbers in this batch. But I was wondering the same thing at first. If it was
and old grungy box at the bottom of a pile, it would be all older dates, which they
werent. So, these few loaded boxes, are just randomly coming this way somehow.

Trust me, I cant figure out how... and the lack of 40% in with them is confusing me.

Coolest fact of this box, was that only 7 rolls didnt contain silver. 43 rolls had goodies.

I can just imagine the coin till at the Service these came from, filled to the brim with all
this. How can the workers stand it LOL. Id be fired in a day, cherry picking.

Sweeet! I finally ordered my first box a couple days ago.Now I have to jones till next Thursday. This aint making it any easier! ;D Congrats!

dude your amazing

:o :o :o :o i cant really get into roll hunting but this makes me think about it again!! ;)

JUST PLAIN AMAZING!

Congrats!

Wish i would get a box like that! My best record is around 18 40%ers in once box.

I pick up two boxes tomorrow. Even if I only did half as good as you did it would be a kick butt day.

(That was me - being speechless!!!!) What a great haul! Congratulations.

I can't post my true reaction here since this is a family forum ;D. That is amazing. I got to get me a box, my runs have been pretty dry lately. Congrats.

At what point do you turn the silver over to make your profit? Or does the profit just sit bound up in the silver in your collection? It's a good investment either way I think. The silver is never going to drop below the face value of those coins so...I would think that after buying several of these boxes your 500 or 1K starting point would start dwindling down unless you chashed in some of the silver to replace it. Not being critical or anything but just wondering if your turning it over for the profit of the collectible or silver value if the silver is beat up?

Skrimpy - I think I understand what your asking. My initial plan was to hoard up a nice pile, and
wait for the price of Silver to go up enough to make me happy. But as you have mentioned... it
definitely takes useable money out of my available cash to work with... especially when you fork
out $50 bucks just in face value to keep the coins.

So your right, the investment is still a very good one.... but a person having limited funds
available would have to turn the profit over regularly to keep chugging along. For now, Im ok, but
my wife and I both think it might be time to at least sell off the 40% just for storage sake, and
for replenishing the money that has disappeared from the wallet :)

I look at it like a savings account, that is paying like 900% interest :) Sure its not liquid cash in hand
, but its there waiting - should I ever need it.

Its just as good as liquid cash. All it takes is a trip to the coin shop which if it is close by would be the same as a trip to the bank ;).

I am saving mine util I have enough to make $500 and then I will use that money to add to the # of boxes I can order at a time. I am to the point now that I can cash in and start my box orders. Eventually I hope to use some of my profits to get me that shiney new Minelab Explorer SE ;D.
