I Can Sell Something Like This On Ebay, Right?

I looked and didn't find anything saying I couldn't. It has an ISBN number too, so no problem right? Can't find another actual copy. Belonged to a former narcotics agent for the DEA. I found a passport type photo of him in the book too. I think he's still alive, though I've had these for several years.



A monthly publication for agents also I guess...




What kind of price, any ideas? $20 plus shipping I was thinking, at auction for the book.
