I cannot identify coin need help

Found this while digging around inside an old structure in south Louisiana. It's as round and as thick as a nickel. I cannot identify type or year. Need help. .

I think maybe a Dominican Republic 5 Centavos c. 1937-1974

Coin Value | Dominican Republic 1, 5, 10, 25 Centavos, and Half and 1 Peso 1937 to 1975
