Got out Sunday with Greg to a 2 block long area where houses used to be and it was can slaw and rusty crusty central.
I think I dug the most pennies and scrap junk I have ever dug since getting into this hobby. Being that there used to be houses here, the aluminum siding clippings were in abundance all over this stretch of property.
I don't even remember how many Lincoln Memorial pennies I dug, but I'm sure that number has to be close to 30 and they were in the 5-6 inch range, so I was hoping for some oldies like I got from there a couple of weeks ago.
it wasn't until towards the end of our hunt that I dug the Pastime Bowling Alleys Good Luck Token.
Not sure if it is an omen of good things to come or a sarcastic one
I did find 2 wheaties shortly after the token came out of the ground, so hoping it's gonna bring good luck sometime later.
Any of you S. Benders know anything of a Bowing Alley by the name of Pastime at 1415 Calhoun?
L8r and thanks for looking
