I don't think I'll buy from KellyCo

Got on their website and tried to order a MD with the live chat option. Roberto put me on hold and never did get back. I tried again and was told all reps were busy and to leave a contact email and they'd get back. Never got that either. If the customer service is that terrible before they get your money, I can't imagine how it gets afterward. I think it was a "blessing in disguise"!

Skydog did you try to get back to them?.... I work telcom, most businesses use voip systems now, voice and data both on a T1 if there are issues on the circuit, you get dropped calls and lost messages. It happens every day, i know, it is what i do. i also know they have had issues in the past on their T1.... Shoot me a pm with your contact number and I will have them get ahold of you....

Have you posted on kellyco's board, if not post there they will contact you if you dont want to pm me your personal contact#
