i found a washington coin two heads

it appears to be brass.
has the same print on both sides of george washington
1789 1797 1st president its a little bigger than a quarter.
some one drilled a hole in the top
im thinking just a pendant but sure looks like a coin

They have made copies of this medal since the 1800's,it's woth a couple of dollars, i have found seven or eight of them in the last 40 years
