Depending on how lucky I'm getting with my hunt, I'm out in the water for about 2 hours. I've been doing some research on the bottles and it looks like it's a way this guy is praying for good fortune for others. There is a note in the bottom of each bottle and it's written by the same guy. He writes scripture (Psalms 28) on each note with a bunch of different names on the other side.
