I found lady luck

After wipeing the drool from my mouth over diggin dudes beautiful banner gold coin I had to go search for gold. Best place to find gold in the keys are the popular swimming holes. Horrible weather today with 25 kts of wind and spitting rain. So I hit my local key largo beach park. Seems like these swimming holes continually fill with jewelry, especially after big weekends like memorial day. My first hit was in knee deep water and turned out to be a metal rimmed mirror, when I flipped it over it had a picture of "lady luck" in a bikini on it. So of course I put her in my pocket for luck. Couple of beer caps and coins later I got a stainless ring with religous inscriptions on it. Then a silver and gemstone stud earing. After some more trash and change a gold plate over silver hoop earing. Then after about an hour in knee deep water I herd the dreaded low batt. Chirp. My last find was a solid gold hoop earring. Not great but a few grams of gold is better than none. Got to hit it tomorrow with fresh charge. Only got an hour in still have 3/4of the swimming hole to cover. ya thats lady luck shes always been good to me now I know what she looks like.

I use an excaliber 2. Shes got no knobs left and I had to epoxy the coil back into the shaft, but it still works great. Only got an hour and a half in today.i was checking the lifeguards out today and they didnt seem to care. Ill hit it hard tomorrow with fresh charge and better weather.

Never got all the way in today. I like to make sure the lifeguards arnt going to hassle me first. These guys were to busy smoking somthig with a funny smell up there in ther little box. If you know what I mean. Ill chew the snorkel and dive all day tomorrow. I got leverage on them now.
