🔎 UNIDENTIFIED I found this metal detecting in Atlanta Georgia and there was civil war activity right where I found this any idea how old and what it is

My best guess is it’s possible horse tac, maybe harness related. May be wrong though.

Looks possibly like a stirrup loop from a child’s or woman’s inexpensive saddle. Just a guess
