I got a negitive that was meant for someone else.

I sold a fish finder, tested and working. Guy wasn't happy, sent it back and I refunded him. 4 months later (today) I get a negitive feed back. First one didnt work, 2nd one didn't work for long! What? I never had two let alone sent two. So I'll call them but probably little they can do, I tried to contact him but his feedback is 6..... Probably gets online once a month.

That happened to me once on some Polaroid film. I was as frustrated as a person could get.

Ebay, at least in my case, said they would remove the FB, but wanted me to work it out with the buyer. (Yeah, I thought the same thing!) Anyway, I sent an email.

Apparently, the buyer had been buying film from a number of different sellers, and got my film mixed up with another seller.
