I have decided I will buy the tesoro tiger shark/question about coils

Hello again. After reading the reviews on this forum and others I have decided on the tiger shark for my next detector. I know it comes stock with the 8 inch coil. I see where many people have gone on and bought other coils for this detector. I am curious, just how good is the stock coil and shouldn't I really learn the machine before I invest in other coils. Looking for opinions on this. thanks ted

Manufactures put the coil on the detector that the most people will find useful. After you've used the stock coil many start thinking of getting more coverage at depth and go to the larger coils. However the Clean Sweep Coil by Tesoro is not made for the Tiger Shark anymore or more would use it at the beaches.
