My father-in-law who lived to be 102, used one of those machines. He'd run it on each leg, working up to his head, then he'd sit in a chair and let that thing beat the heck
out of his head. He swore by it, I never tried it though, didn't look like all that much fun to me, but like I said, he lived alone in a trailer park to age 102. He also had 3 TV's, side by side, and watched TV all the time. I've seen him many times with three different ball games going at the same time, and keeping track of what was going in each game. My mother-in-law, his wife, passed away about the time he turned 90. When he was probably 97 or 98 he told me he was looking for a "young chick" to come live with him. I said, "Roy, how old is a young chick?" He said, "Oh, 70 or 75."
