Congrats! Hope to see many, many more!!

Congrats on your first silver, if you mix some baking soda and water into a paste just rub it over the coin using your fingers it will take that tarnish off..

Maybe the guy just likes the coin as is ! Congrats on that first taste of silver success =)

Nice find! Silver is always good.
My very first silver was a 1943 Merc

Congrats!

Nice silver find! Took me 4 months to find one. What a great feeling. Congrats!

Congrats on your first silver. Awesome feeling huh? Most of the silver coins (around here) come out of the ground silver in color, that is a real thrill. As for the baking soda rub, I like mine clean, however, some people prefer them in "as found" condition. Do whatever makes you happy.

Good job, now get out there and find some more of those little rascals!

Congratulations on your first Silver Dime! Many, many more!:occasion14:

Congrats on the Merc! Found my first yesterday. 1918 worn almost smooth. Good luck finding more. It does give a good feeling when they pop out. HH WH

Congrats on your first silver, mine was a '53 Rosie, still looking for my first merc.

Nice job on your Merc hope you find many more

Congrats now get out there and score some more

Congrats on the 1st!

Never forget that first! Sweet merc, my first silver was a merc also

Congrats on your 1st silver. I'm always amazed at how fast the coins travel down into the ground.

Nice find and welcome to the silver club.
Mercs have always been one of my favorite coins.

Congrats.

Nice Mercury. Looks like you found it in a wet environment? Yours is much better than my first was!
