well, it was exciting for the moment and probably heavy to carry all the way back to the car, but that's the fun of the chase....

I found something similar last year, turned out after all the excitement to be a drill bit about 10 inches long.

Did you find that camera also or is that one yours? It looks waterproof.

Good luck on your next hunt.

camera

El

no El, that is a real piece of crab that was pretending to be a waterproof camera. actually that is number 4............... i had one for about 1 week, it leaked they replaced it and again and again, but not a fifth time.........all free exchanges, no cost to me.

it is a real piece of J U N K - diver camera called: sealife "Eco Shot".

my hunting buddy lowtide tim and i bought 2 of them back in july or aug...............he kept his 2 days and got his money back....................i said - oh just a bad camera, but after 4 - NO WAY

J U N K

u have the picture now

Thanks for the heads up Max.

I bought their upgraded version the DC-800. I've had it about a month and so far no problems. Fingers crossed that it doesn't give me a headache like the eco shot model.

Looking forward to seeing more of your pictures throughout the summer.

Good luck.

so what is it?

is it lead? If so thats a nice chunk of it

sash weight. Crabbers use em to keep their pots down. Bandit fishing guys use them for weights too. I've sold hundreds of them.

I love this site! The things I learn.....
