i remember when it snowed in Georgia once. No equipment, no salt, no gravel, no snow tires for the police, fire dept. or ambulances and............no snow shovels

It was more sleet and ice than anything else. Yesterday we dropped down into the low teens and today it's hovering around 20. With all the ice on the roads, they shut us down yesterday and today. Tomorrow is still up in the air on whether or not we, (Garrett), will be open.
