Half hour ago I got up,
And put my Coffee on.

Then come over here to Do My Business On TreasureNet.

5 Minutes ago I went over to Grab a Cup & sit down, Relax,
and Enjoy it.

Sat down in the Recliner, Reached for my Cup of Coffee
and at the same time, I Realized it wasn't there, I felt Hot coffee all over My arm
& seat

Now I need to wait another 20+ Minutes

I just Finished My 2nd. Cup.
Won't fall asleep till 2 - 3 AM.
Though Sometimes I crash Hard, about 6PM.

Will Probably wake up between 5 & 6 & start over

I gave up coffee in April...not a drop since, but I may have cup after reading your post and thread.

As a side note, my heart rate has significantly decreased and I'm much more relaxed...

Both my cardiologist & My pulmonologist Told me My Heart Rate is very slow , Low 50's Right now 52 Per Minute, after 2 cups of DW

I hate to see their Faces if I didn't Drink My Coffee

I'd probably be in the Hibernation rates.

Only Dr that Doesn't Get Shocked anymore is My Family Dr.

Brewed the second pot for the morning, poured a cup in my double wall stainless mug and set it on the counter where I promptly forgot it. Went out and cut the grass. Got on line and burned some time on TN. Wife came home from running a few errands; I went about making lunch when I noticed the now stone-cold coffee on the counter. Being a disciple of the waste-not-want-not school, I've converted it into a nice glass of iced coffee.

I'll brew a new pot before I nuke coffee ... just leaves it too burnt tasting for my tastes. As for iced coffee, while I usually don't put anything in my brew, I will dissolve a couple of teaspoons of sugar in my cup a'joe (really 2 regular cups) then pour it over mass quantities of ice in a tall glass. Imagine a more bitter sweet tea. May be an acquired taste but mighty refreshing on a hot summer afternoon - like the one I'm experiencing in the Old North State today.
