Good morning,I'm pretty sure you have found a toilet flange.That one is pretty old could be as old as 1930s but more likely in the 1950s., Nice find,I'm always surprised at the great stuff everyone finds.Also your other post is a American standard basin sink faucet,not sure on other item though could be part of a faucet handle, just a guess as other items are plumbing related.Sweet finds.

Resembles a (broken) bracket to allow belt tensioning to an alternator in a vehicle.

All sorts over the years: cast iron, stamped steel, etc. Sizes vary too.
Might be the toilet flange. Just thought I’d offer another possibility.👍🏼
