That has the look of a late 30's, early 1940's trash pit.
Which means one of two things, usually.
One, that's all you may find, or two you just scratched the surface of a very enjoyable dig.
How old is the house, and were there older houses on or nearby?

my house is from the 1950s but the bottles in this pit are from the 30s 40s and 50s there is an 1800s house across the road back in the day before there was a house on my property they might have dumped there it's hard to say but i know there is more bottles the dump is huge i probed around and in a huge area i kept hitting bottles and the detector goes off all around! i dont know why there is a huge dump here we own 27 acres mostly woods so if i was gonna make a huge dump id make it in the woods. thats just me tho lol

MAKE YOURSELF A SIFTER WITH SOME HARDWARE CLOTH AND YOU WILL FIND COINS AND MARBLES. I HAVE A TRASH SPOT THAT I WORK ON AND I'VE FOUND ABOUT 50 COINS SO FAR. GOOD LUCK
