I mainly collect Texas artifacts, this one was sent to me this week by a friend in Missouri. It is is about 3 3/4 inches long the tip looks like it was broken years ago and the broken end has been reworked with a rounded tip and there is very small pressure flaking all around the rounded tip the stone is slightly rough and grainy to the touch. I am thinking it might have been reworked and used as a knife I would like some opinions on it and the type of point or blade it is. Thank's
