I need a straight shaft (upper) for my GT....and i may also need the v clip that holds the digimeter in place....

i moved the v clip to the right side of the handle instead of the left side this afternoon while i was playing around....

so i will need a new shaft....

arm cup and neoprene sleve and handle are nice but not necessary....

price and pics of what you have...

thanks....

MT....

thanks i just went and posted in that section as well....i have the cup and everything off the old shaft....that is fine....but i would always look at newer pieces if available.. :icon_thumleft: :icon_thumright:

i just screwed up and superglued the clip on the right side of the handle so i actually have to look through my whole hand...not planning properly will cost me a few dollars...

i actually just got back from west marine and looked at the aluminum shafts they have available 35.00...but i wanted to check online with the forums guys first...

i did call 4-H (mike) on the phone seems like a nice guy and full of all kinds of good info...

At West Marine instead of looking at the tubing, they also carry short aluminum handles for deck brooms that are cheaper.

Skycraft in Orlando carries the Tubing.. they have the best prices..

I was in Skycraft late last week and they were out of the 7/8" aluminum tubing, there was no round tubing there at all of any size. Being they are a surplus store, it isn't something that can be ordered either....I'm going to check there sometime this week again, looking for something else, I will check the tubing while I am there......

Lee, I have one of the V brackets left over from my Sovereign days. If you still need one, email your address and I will give it to you. Also, why not drill a couple of holes and pop-rivet it into place? Makes it easier to remove if need be. Just a suggestion. :)

HH, Bill

got one.....and some thing else

I just wanted to say thanks for all the offers...after looking at the aluminum tubes at west marine and looking at all the offers mailed in...
I went up to k-co....and got a new upper rod for 35.00....cant beat that i thought...ooooo....wife also wanted to MD....she got a Ace 250 for like 200.00
it was 212 then a 10 coupon in one of the mags and now it was 200...i will say that i am actually impressed with the way this 250 is set up....we are going to try our local park this afternoon..
