I have found the same coin in holland ,with my metaldetector

this is the identification.

they name the coin a GROSSO.

and It IS a bisschop coin.

It is from Venice. It shows a doge and Christ. Forgot the Doge's name though. I contacted the Museum of Archeology in Venice and they told me that it is not rare. Here is a pic. of mine.
