I don't know what state you are in but it does not look KGC to me. I don't see any KGC symbols and the way the rocks are stacked looks more like Spanish.

If you were in GA and the rocks were stacked with about 2 inches of clay mixed with lime in between each layer then I would say definitely KGC.
