Super secures shotgun for police cruiser
VALLEY VIEW -Last month Hegins Township Supervisor Chairman Lyle Clark ordered the police department to order a tazer and have it in place and ready to use within 30-days - at Monday evening's meeting he requested that shotguns be placed back in the squad cars as well.
"I realize we don't have shotguns for all the vehicles, but we need to use the ones we do have," said Clark.
Hegins
Township Police Chief Steve Lohr said the shotguns used to be onboard and for whatever reason were removed and never put back a while back.
