It was about -10F this morning with windchill -27F. It's a little warmer now but still below zero. I decide to get outside and practice. The sunshine helped but my bare hands felt even colder when I looked and saw ice frozen on the L-rod. What some people won't do for fun. Surprisingly with the improved locator I am working on I was hitting the signal line before I got to it. Usually things are sluggish when it's cold out. I don't know how much the snow affects things. It must be better than real dry ground.

Did your device tell you how far the target was from you?...did your device tell you what it was?..I guess the target was on the ground so you can’t determine the depth....Art
